“The work involved digging up a concrete drive and turning it into a tiered patio and garden. The designs were excellent and the completed work has been much admired. It incorporated water feature, mirror, lighting, archway, wooden garden store and custom built flower planters. I am delighted with the finished result.”

Unfortunately Jake was difficult to pin down and left at stages, after being paid he refused to speak to me, ignoring my messages and calls for weeks on end. He left the job in an unsatisfactory state and despite promising to clear up snags, never finished what he'd started.
