I broke the ceiling light swapping bulbs; house was sold, new owners moving in Tuesday. He said he'd come Monday, 10am. I didn't really believe it, he texted Monday he'd be 30 mins early if that was OK. He is very pleasant, worked quickly, perfect job & a great price. I recommend him 100%.”
