Sam completely redecorated a house I let in Chichester at short notice. , for a very reasonable cost, within a very tight timescale. He went above and beyond what was necessary e.G. Making sure the bins were put out when the previous tenants had left them full of rubbish and also fixed small issues with bathrooms. He put in a couple of 12 hour days to make sure the work done in good time before the new tenants move in and .To a high standard of finish. I highly recommend SDH Property maintenance to other landlords..

Sam and his team remodelled and transformed my bathroom no request was too much trouble and I had some pretty big ones - asking for a roll top bath and a walk in shower in a space that only had a bath. My wish was his command. The attention to detail was second to none and they are such lovely people it was a pleasure to have them in my home. Will definitely use them again.
