"Spencer was very professional. I explained my issue with the side socket not working. He gave me some advice to remedy the problem myself. I text him the next morning and he was at my home with half an hour. He did a thorough check of the cables and fuse boards. Even pulling out the oven. Where he discovered the earth wire was incomplete. He diagnosed my issue with fuse board and explained what he had to do and how much the part would cost. I showed him some plugs sockets that were hanging off the wall. He agreed to take care of those. He arched out the boxes made the wires safe and the cover"
