Loved Steve and his whole time. They were courteous, professional, and the work was done to a really high standard and as quickly as possible, despite uncovering lots of extra problems!

Steve and his team did a full refurbishment of our flat: new kitchen, new bathroom, change flooring, change to open plan the kitchen and living room. When the job started, Steve found that some extra structural work was needed: reinforcement of the ceilings and cracks on the external walls. All the work was done with good standards. Steve was very professional and diligent in the explanations given of the work that was being done and to inform the progress made. We are very happy with the result and would definitely consider contacting him for any further work needed.

Had some repointing work to do as part of damp proofing a property. Professional and courteous and able to complete the work in a timely manner.

Steve and his team worked well with us to accommodate our needs by dividing the various jobs in phases and allow us to pay at the end of each completed stage. Steve work required : Replacing and plastering parts of the damaged ceiling, redecorating, re flooring and installing a new kitchenette.

Steve carried out multiple jobs on our house which included Lintels above windows which previous owners had not done well and were failing. He replaced the steel as well as rebuilt the brick arches; he also carried out further repointing of some damaged cracking parts of our walls in various places, as well as strengthened cracking window sills with helix bars. Furthermore he helped repair a few soil stacks and damaged soil stack collars. All work was done to a good standard, and will definitely be contacting him in the further with further various works to be done around the house.

Steve is such a lovely person who dealt with a range of repair works that needed doing all to very good standard. He took away the stress as he was able to reach out to his team of tradespeople to sort out the types of repair that we needed doing. He communicated well with you and always kept you updated and he found time to explain things and he replies to you very quickly.
