The work is still not complete - Ste no longer takes my calls - Drive looks awful and have hired someone else to Repair/finish the job - considering contacting small claims Court to send the bill to him for repairs .

It looked great until one morning in the winter I noticed a white fungus seeping up from it. One came to look at it and that was 9 months ago. Since then I've contacted them 5 times and promises to rectify it never materialised. Promised to turn up last month, but failed to come when said without apology or reason.
The work carried out was good until we paid the total amount before the drive was sealed as we were told it needed a dry day - after numerous calls they finally came to finish on a dry day but the colour reacted badly as the concrete was still slightly damp - then they came back again to try repainting on one area which made it look even worse - was told they need a dry 2/3 days to re-colour and re-seal the drive - but now appear to be avoiding my calls and ignoring the issue 5/6 months on ! I'M Frustrated and annoyed and left woth a bad drive - should not have paid all the money in one go!
