I can hardly express my gratitude to Scott and the team at Safegas. On Wednesday night, one of the coldest this year, I had a call from my dad's neighbour to say he had no hot water or heating. My dad is 90, lives alone 100 miles from me and has dementia. I was very stressed and needed reassurance and immediate action from a heating engineer. So lucky to find Scott. He had someone at Dad's within 30 minutes, and booked him in for a replacement boiler for 2 days later. I drove up the following morning, Scott had kindly taken heaters to Dad's house. At the agreed time on the Friday, Scott and John arrived and installed a new boiler by lunch time. They were efficient, polite, kind and sympathetic to our needs, took the time to show me how to control Dad's heating via an app (invaluable!) They also cleared up afterwards, leaving the place spotless. They reassured me that I could call in them for any problems and that they would respond quickly. Safe gas saved my day, highly recommended!

when our old boiler broke down we contacted safegasuk scott came explaind to us wht was needed he was very professional took his time to explain us what was needed and explained the whole process and got us the boiler exactly what we wanted very happy with the service provided engineers came on the date agreed to install a new boiler very professional and explajned how it works cleaned and tidied up aftet work completed.very happy customer.

Mark was able to change my appointment time to fit in with my change of plans at short notice. He was punctual, provided a good service and in my view was good value. I can recommend Mark for boiler servicing and repairs.

Engineer needs to go back college 1 hour call out £60..he could not fix problem..the engineer told me that he did not no what was wrong with it and pay £150 for seal kit + 2 hours to fit £60 pounds per hour or new boiler....I would not use this trader again....+I fixed boiler myself 10 minutes after him leaving + I’ve added picture of seal they wanted £270 for...

We have spent 12 months with our old boiler on the way out and three of them boiling pans for baths , all because we were scared of being ripped off with our very limited bit of savings and then we found this company and we've had a new Worcester combi boiler and a shower fitted for an amazing price ! On turning up at our home to leaving the two lads who installed were efficient ,friendly and most important they left my home spotless , i was shown in detail how to use both the shower and our new wireless boiler and they so kindly set my bath straight and sealed round it even though it was not on there job list, for this i am so very grateful to them . An honest and reliable firm that i wont hesitate to recommend how fair priced and good they are !
