We live in a Victorian town house (four floors) and had all the UVPC windows (6 plus 2 bay windows with 3 separate windows in each) and 4 sets of doors replaced. The windows are wooden 'sash' windows (spiral balanced). The company was able to bespoke the windows to replicate other original ones in houses in the road and also replaced all the doors that matched the features of the original doors. We found the personnel of Sashed to be very knowledgeable and helpful during the process of us seeking a quotation. Once we agreed to use the company, the quotation was very competitive in price, the follow up survey was thorough. The quality of the windows and doors are very good and we are very pleased with them. The installation process took longer than originally planned due to some difficulties that were discovered when the old windows were removed. However, the making good is excellent and there is no sign of any the problems they uncovered. The follow up visit after installation was helpful, with a few very minor points dealt with quickly. Overall we were very impressed with the company and the whole process of replacing the windows and would be happy to recommend them to anyone who is considering having similar work done in their home

I had my old windows removed and new sash windows put in at the front of my property. The whole process was very easy, from the ordering to arranging work dates. The workmen completed it in one day, were very tidy and cleaned up after themselves The price was extremely competitive. Fantastic experience all round. No stress at all.

Sam and his team at Sashed were fantastic right from the very start. Their quote was transparent and arrived when they said it would with no chasing, and there was clear communication right the way through regarding the specification, lead times, and fitting arrangements. The fitters were polite, highly skilled, and - most importantly - tidy; they left the site absolutely gleaming. The windows themselves were tip top as well, with smooth mechanisms and high-quality paint and ironmongery. For the money spent I could not have asked for better, and even my site foreman (an ex-window fitter for a national chain of DIY box stores) was impressed. As a developer I deal with numerous subcontractors on everything from roofing to electrical/mechanical to carpet-fitting, and over 15 years I have had mixed fortunes with good and bad suppliers. Sashed are definitely going in my good book, I will use them again and again.
