"This job was not an easy undertaking for any builder (partially sub-terranean room in an 1830's Grade II listed cottage) but SBC Builders were happy to undertake the renovation works at a very reasonable cost. The room had heavy damp issues and required full stripping back to brick and removal of the floor down to clay. The team were punctual, professional, polite and tidy at all times and their work is of a really high standard. Communication has also been excellent throughout the job.
