Firstly, Scott was fantastic in keeping in contact on availability and when the work could be scheduled - this goes a long way in my book, especially as I’ve experienced literally no response in the past when trying to arrange work. Secondly, Scott is really informative in terms of the issues, what may have gone wrong, and suggestions that he provides in order to resolve it. You can tell he cares about the work that he does & makes sure all works as intended before leaving.”
