In particular, he did not stay long enough to fully assess if the immersion heater was working, though he did test the electrical circuit. After an initial response, the immersion heater failed to continue to operate and although I contacted Gary by email, he failed to get back to me. I checked the wiring to the thermostat and tightened all connections after which everything worked fine. A little dissaponting!"
