He showed great attention to detail and knowledge, taking the time to explain everything to us clearly. Went above and beyond - I could tell he wasn't happy until all issues (even minor) were resolved. Will not hesitate to be back in touch for further works going forward, pleasure to deal with - highly recommend.”
