“I booked Raphael for a friend. The property was 2 bedroom ex rental property. Raphael was quick to respond and pricing was discussed clearly with amendments made prior to the work commencing. There was a bit of miscommunication but in fairness that was mainly due to the circumstances and Raphael dealt with it professionally. He picked up/returned the keys to a neighbour (friend away on business). Having heard from my friend who visited the flat today, he was amazed with the quality of the work. He felt Raphael and team provided an outstanding clean and finish. Highly Recommended”

Best of all, they were not trying to fit the job into a set period of time. They identified all the things that needed to be done and went on to do an absolutely fantastic job of cleaning everything thoroughly. It took them over an hour just to clean the oven but it looked like it was brand new afterwards. The fee for the whole job was very reasonable. Would highly recommend their services to anyone.”
