Simon and his team completed our house extension and I couldn’t be happier with the result. From the start he was clear on scope, timings and communication throughout was excellent. They were punctual, respectful of our home, and kept the site as tidy and safe as possible day to day. The quality of workmanship is really a high standard, well-finished, and properly thought through. Any questions or small changes along the way were handled professionally, with options explained with better solutions instead of our architect. I would happily recommend them and would use them again.

Demolitshed two large Ravinder brick flower beds, relocated two bay trees and then installed two very large soakaways and two long runs of drainage. Hardcore and then spreading Cotswold stone. Wonderfully polite and punctual. Estimate spot on too.

Simon is highly knowledgeable in the extension and refurbishment sector. Worked alongside him on many jobs and he runs the jobs efficiently and too the budget

STL have done a fantastic job building my new summer house from the ground works including concrete slab to the timber frame and roof and making it water tight I will be getting them back to install all the external cladding.
