I have hired this guy with an agreement to get my patio renewed with new slabs. After making a deal he comes back saying the block-paving will be great instead of laying new slabs. He being very pushy thought why not go with his idea with only realising the fact that he ended up with sand all over on the block paving and he or his office doesn't acknowledge for the fact that needs fixing with the hefty amount of money paid !! Absolutely zero value for money !! Don't even remotely think of hiring this guy !! Posting this after patiently waiting for an year !! But no use !!

The driveway was repaired with tarmac quite well. It is a definite improvement. After it was finished, we found a quantity of rubble and tarmac hidden under hedge. It was removed. I paid for the work in 2 instalments, half straightaway and half on August 3rd. Since then, despite many requests and reminders, I still have not received a receipt or a warranty. Contacting the firm is difficult - "I'll get him to ring you back" - never happens. Many emails - promises to send warranty. Still waiting! On reflection, I did not get 14 days cooling off period - work started 3 days after I agreed to it.

small section of block paving laid well but rushed to complete in a day. some gaps around the edging where blocks could have been cut better to fit closer and sand has now washed out completely. erratic communication and now being blanked after payment made but rubbish from the van unrelated to the job dumped in the garden and abandoned.
