When doing these reviews I always ask myself 'how could this service have been improved on? '. I've used Mark and his services twice now and both times I honestly cant say 'it would have been better if…'. They arrive when they are booked, they are professional and helpful and they are extremely knowledgeable. Thanks for your help :) Highly recommended.

I used this company for a replacement key for my Lexus. All great initially but after 6 months it completely broke( very poor quality plastic). I rang mark several times to have it come back but no response. In the end I bought a key on Ebay for £2, had it cut and replaced the internal parts myself, all for under £7. A big saving to the £70 I paid Mark for a poor quality key.

Charlotte, I'm sorry you had problems getting hold of us. We had a temporary issue with our voicemail last month so may have missed your calls. I can understand your frustration with a key repair only lasting 6 months, but please understand that all locksmiths only have access to aftermarket case replacements which are all the same quality. When the key was repaired for you over 6 months ago it was in perfect condition and as I recall you were very happy to pay for the job we completed for you. Our price of £70 includes a mobile call out to your location and saved you hundreds of pounds over the alternative option of buying a replacement key from a dealer. Key cases are indeed available online for only a few pounds, but the cost of this can not be compared to our price as you are paying for a service as well as replacement case when you book with us. We completed the job to satisfactory over 6 months ago at a market fair price, but you never took the time to leave us a good review for the job we completed then, that I believe you were happy with? It's not really fair to leave us a bad review 6 months on when the key that we left in good condition becomes damaged. Again I apologise you were not able to get hold of us, and I can assure you had we have had the opportunity to speak with you we would have been very happy to come back and offer you a reduced price repair, some 6 months later. We are a top rated company on FreeIndex and have received over 100 good review from happy customers, so it's clear to see we are doing something right. Kind regards Mark.

Worn out key for a Ford Fucus Y reg. Very fast, efficient service. Carlo confirmed worn out key and resolved problem with new key and programming. Very friendly and quick. Would definitely recommend this service.

Needed a new remote key for a 2010 Ford Fiesta. Made a Saturday booking with Carlo, who came to my house, keeping me informed about arrival time, was friendly and made the key in about 15 minutes. Far better value than I was quoted by a nearby Ford dealership and much more convenient.
