"After a very bad repair by another company that left our house unsecure on a Friday night, The Lock Father came to complete the repair at very short notice. Sonny was fantastic and was able to point out the issue that caused our lock to break, rather than just fix the lock itself and head home. They took the time to fix the underlying cause and talked us through the issue that we could then send to our landlord who was trying to blame us for the damage even though it was caused by very poor installation. I would highly recommend The Lock Father, and will use them for any future repairs."

Basic call out includes 1 hour labour, and it was suggested that some additional work could be done within this time to make the door close slightly better by relocating the existing latch (?) by a few millimetres - see pic below.
