The workmanship of the whole team was fantastic and the job was finished ontime, on budget and to a very high standard. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Two New Amazing Bathrooms

Jago and his team created two fabulous bathrooms for us, from start to finish they were nothing but polite, meticulous, tidy, and the care and attention to detail was exemplary. Jago helped us with the design and also advised on the products he thought would be more suitable for our bathrooms. The team were a pleasure to have around, very hardworking, reliable, skilled and very professional. There was excellent communication throughout. We cannot thank the team enough for giving us two outstanding and great value bathrooms. We would highly recommend Jago!!!

Refurbishment of Shower Room

Jago provided a very professional service throughout the complete refurbishment of my shower room from design to completion. His advice was invaluable and he was always happy to review the products I proposed purchasing to ensure they were suitable. Nothing was too much trouble for the team and they overcame all the technical plumbing issues as they arose (mainly due to my specific requirements). He and his lovely team were extremely tidy and considerate and kept me informed of what was happening at all times so I had input on the decisions. The end result was perfection and exactly what I wanted. I have no hesitation in recommending his services.

He and his team were very polite and well mannered they were also very helpful with other jobs that we asked them to do the bathroom was finished on time. The agreed budget was adhered to I would recommend them to anyone wishing to have their bathroom refurbished. At the end of each day, they left things as tidy as they possibly could. We are both over the moon with our newly created bathroom.

Jago and his team completely gutted and transformed our shower room quickly with great attention to detail and no fuss. He recommended the design, materials and finish and worked with us closely and exactly to budget to ensure we were delighted with the result. New Cloakroom and Bathroom

Initially Jago and his team gutted our very old downstairs cloakroom and fitted a beautiful new room and even managed to hide a lot of old pipework. We were so impressed with the work that we asked Jago to transform our family bathroom. This involved knocking our separate toilet room into the main bathroom. Again, Jago and his team did a fantastic job. Jago advised on the design and selection of products. Jago communicates well as the project progresses and nothing is too much trouble. Clean, caring and a skilled team

Jago and his team bent over backwards to fit their busy schedule around us. Jago came up with some very helpful suggestions to adapt my mother's bathroom to a walk in shower room. The result is beautiful and looks like it was designed like this from the outset. And most importantly my mum loves it and finds the shower very easy to use. Jago communicates everything well, and the bathroom work was completed within budget and the time suggested. We have already gone back to Jago for some further work. What a find!

Jago, and his team created me a beautiful shower room. I absolutely love it! From beginning to end Jago helped and advised on everything and helped choose all the fittings. . He kept me well informed at all stages. A very skilled and professional service. They also tiled my hall floor as the previous floor has been badly fitted. They done a great job.

Delighted with the work carried out by Jago and the amazing support and advise by Charlotte. Bathroom completely refurbished with new shower, suite and fully tiled, all expertly carried out by Jago. Having our ensuite and downstairs cloakroom renovated was hassle-free thanks to Jago, Will and Charlotte. Charlotte will guide you through the myriad of choices available and will make suggestions after having ascertained your colour/style preferences. Jago is excellent on the design aspect and ensures that your room is as aesthetically pleasing as possible. And Will just makes it all happen - really great workmanship. I have 2 really lovely rooms.

Bathroom Refurbishment

Jago and his team were personally recommended to me by a friend after they renovated her bathroom and kitchen and I am so incredibly grateful as they have done such an amazing job. I had a few quotes from different tradesmen but Jago’s professionalism really stood out - he was knowledgeable, super helpful and above all, he came very highly recommended! Jago helped, advised and guided me through my design layout which was certainly a challenge due to the awkward dimensions, sloping ceilings and the fact that I can be extremely fussy but….he made it work and I really couldn’t be any more pleased with the end result! Jago and his team were extremely professional, very trustworthy and above all, they pay meticulous attention to detail in everything that they do which really shows in their workmanship and this is what stood out to me more than anything! Their after-sales care is also 2nd to none…they really have restored my faith in tradesmen and I would not hesitate and would very highly recommend them to anyone!

New bathroom

Jago and he team did an outstanding job of stripping out or old and dysfunctional bathroom and installing a beautiful new one. Jago and Charlotte provided lots of help in choosing the right products, including tiles that met my niche requirements but made things more complicated for them. They couldn’t have been more helpful and took the stress out of choosing the right things. When the old bathroom was removed we discovered the walls and floor were in a terrible state and Jago and team meticulously rectified the structure before commencing installing the new bathroom. They worked really hard while they were here, sticking to the timeframe, and handled problems like the wrong toilet being sent, so we didn’t have to get involved. The end product is really beautiful! They did such a good job. It looks amazing and is very practical as they considered this in helping us plan the design. When I had a couple of minor problems after the job was finished, Jago came back immediately to make sure everything was ok. I can’t recommend The Shower Room Ltd highly enough. They are professional, friendly and helpful. The standard of their work is excellent and they take most of the stress out of such a big project, which I think elevates them above any other contractors we have used before.
