“Ryan was great. After phoning him one day he came out first and fitted the new gas hob the following day. He was very prompt and came when he had said he would. After having an issue with fitting the new oven I phoned him and he came and fitted a new gas pipe to fit the new oven. I have now used him twice in less than a fortnight I wouldn’t think twice about using him. He arrived promptly when he said he would and did a great job thank you”

Ryan came, noted all the jobs I required, gave a quote within a couple hours of leaving, and got the job booked in. Fair price, very simple and easy interactions. The work done looks good but only time will tell. Will be saving his details for future!
Very responsive and good customer service, which seems increasing difficult for tradespeople these days ! would recommend to anyone in the Edinburgh area.
Ryan supplied and fitted a replacement circulation pump for our underfloor heating system. He was very professional and did a great job. We’d highly recommend Ryan and Thermatek Heating.
Ryan conducted an annual boiler service on our behalf and supplied and installed MC10 biocide to our underfloor heating system. He also diagnosed an issue with the underfloor hearing circuit to one of our rooms. As before, Ryan did a great job. We would highly recommend him and Thermatek Heating.
Ryan replaced our hot water system upgrading it from a vented indirect cylinder to an unvented direct system. The work required extensive changes to the plumbing including the removal of the cold water storage tank in the attic, installation of a new hot water cylinder, and addressing pressure related plumbing issues. Despite the challenges of working in a tight space Ryan completed the job efficiently and left everything tidy. He also was able to install a Sonoff system for us to monitor the new setup remotely which was a practical addition. We were pleased with the quality of his work and his ability to resolve any issues that arose. We would recommend Ryan and would hire him again without hesitation.
I asked Ryan to quote me to install a replacement boiler and radiators. The entire process from start to finish was done in a friendly, timely and proactive way. Ryan came out quickly to see what was needed and gave me a few performance and cost options. Once options clarified and selected he scheduled work in within a few weeks. The work was completed in a couple of days, always starting at agreed time and disruption kept to a minimum. On completion, everything was tested, registered and explained to me. All old materials and packaging were removed and areas where work was carried out were left clean and tidy. I would have Ryan do future work for me and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his services to my friends and family. I am a very happy customer 😊
Ryan serviced our boiler in the shop, and explained what he was doing quickly and efficiently. A part needed replaced and he came back the next week with the parts and fixed it immediately. Very responsive to emails too.
