Detailed reviews
After I inspected the work they did on my gutters in a suspiciously short time, I emailed to dispute the quality of work with the owner as the gutters were still pooling - not what was agreed. He called me with an intimidating and bullying manner insisting the work is done and threatened me with debt collectors. He had no interest in seeing for himself. I suggested I get a second opinion from another roofer but he rejected this. He was so unpleasant that I had to hang up. I emailed National Federation of Roofing Contractors for mediation then inforned Grant of this step and that I'd be in touch. He tried to dissuade me from this step and requested no more contact from me. He made a false allegation of fraud against me which the Police (who came to my house!) soon deemed to be malicious. The NFRC investigated them then informed me of the termination of Thistle Roofing's membership. Their debt collector ceased persuit of the bill after my explanation. AVOID!!
