Posted a job on Checkatrade and this company responded quickly. Had them out to check the leak out they managed identify it and made it watertight temporarily gave a good qoute to fix it and since the work has been done we haven’t had a issue good service and value for money

I must say that this firm is the best roofers I have ever hired to any works for me, called them during one of our recent storms and they came round straight away and upon inspection they advised me that the roof was in quite a bad state and said that a roof replacement is needed so I obtained a quote from them and the quote was very detailed and reasonably priced and I decided to go ahead and soo happy that we did our new roof looks great they were helpful and polite the whole way through the job would definitely recommend if you need a roofer look no further
Thistle Roofing replaced all our roofs last year, unfortunately during the heavy rain last week we developed a small leak. I contacted Derek on the Thursday as the work was guaranteed, his team were on my roof repairing the felt on the Saturday. Great Service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I obtained two quotes and chose Thistle which was the cheaper. It turned out to be a satisfactory choice. I am 86 and live alone. The man who came to quote and who kept an eye on things throughout, was very easy to understand and very affable. His team were able to start almost immediately and the job took 3 men 3 days. My neighbour who is a lot younger than me and who has much more experience of building trades, kept a close eye on things. He thought they did a very good job, and kept to the terms of our agreement. The team worked hard for long hours each day e.g. 9am -6pm.

When we decided to replace our roof, soffits and Gutters I researched all the local builders, roofers and reviewed their work. After loads of research I decided to go with Thistle roofing Services, not because they were the cheapest but because Derek filled us with confidence that the job would be done to our exacting standards. No mess😂 The team, were fantastic, met Derek & Joshua several times during the work and afterwards. Had a leak in roof valley, causing two damp patches in kitchen. Derek from Thistle roofing came out promptly to access the work required, gave a reasonable quote and the roof was fixed within the week. The team let me know what was happening at each stage and were hard working and polite. Derek followed up on the job once completed to make sure I was happy, great customer service.
