After I'd accepted the quote he sent a message with a date and time he'd booked us in for. On the Sunday evening before the job he messaged to say he was coming but may be a little late. That suited me, so it was fine. Then on the day, he arrived and cracked on with the job. James and his mate, Mark worked hard and we're soon finished. Then they tidied up afterwards and took away the old posts and panel. I would definitely recommend James."
