Tristan recently did a number of fire safety jobs in our holiday let: fitting new interlinked smoke & heat alarms and a new emergency exit light, PAT testing all appliances, and new controls to bathroom heaters. Routing the new cabling for the alarms was challenging, but Tristan achieved a really good result. He also previously bailed us out in August, when guests reported no hot water. Tristan fixed the problem (a burned-out switch) while the guests were out for the day, and we were 200 miles away! Once again, many thanks, Tristan, for your excellent service, on more than one occasion!
Tristan was very professional and kept us updated on progress with the job, taking photos to show us what has been done because we were not at the property whilst the work was carried out
