The works included reinforcing the flooring and ceiling, making good the walls, wetroom plumbing, plastering, electrics, tanking, tiling, fitting bathroom good and furniture. The team's communication was excellent, including on days and working ours, and from the office support staff. Any revisions to the original quote (due to additional ceiling and floor reinforcing work), were transparently communicated. They listened and understood to my specific requirements.”
