“Tom initially offered us suggestions for us to fix the flooding ourselves. Unfortunately, these fixes didn't reduce the flooding enough, and so he proposed installing a new drain to take the water away from the flooded area. He provided a full breakdown of the work, and planned to have it completed in a single day. His team arrived on time, worked hard, and got the job done in a day. They left the site as they found it, with a little bit of mud on the paths, which was unavoidable given how flooded the area had been. The flooding is now gone! We're very pleased with the result.”
