Hi Mark. Just to let you know that all work has been completed but for painting the rendered gable end and some silicone finishing in shower room. Ben and Martin were an absolute pleasure to have working here and a credit to the building and craft trade. And the roofer, electricians and plumbers all top people. We will reccommend you highly to anyone who is considering engaging you and the team.

We used Mark and Unique Lofts for an L-shaped dormer. The team were facilitative of a two-stage planning process to maximise the amount of space we could add. The team were great on-site, and build quality was high. They suggested alternative approaches to e.g. skylights and windows to save money. We'd use UL again for future extensions.

Would highly recommend this company for a loft conversion. Mark and his building team, lead by Ben with Joe and Martin working alongside him, were absolutely fantastic. We have a Victorian terrace house in the Castle Road area of Bedford and needed extra space. Mark came to meet us here at the house to do a site visit and helped us develop our plans and layout for the loft conversion, giving us excellent recommendations of what could work better. Due to a cancellation, his team were able to start within two months and were in and out in eight weeks. Very professional and hardworking. 10/10.

Had a very positive with Mark and the Unique Lofts team for our loft conversion. I would highly recommend them. Michael and Brad (our team) were friendly, dedicated and hardworking. Our neighbours, who had the skip chute cross their garden, also shared how considerate and friendly they were. Michael kept me in the loop, followed up on my enquiries and gave some really helpful advice in moving airing cupboards and opening up the loft space for more natural light. All in all, highly recommended.

Ben and his team were really helpful and communicative through the whole project. They finished in the time quoted and kept us informed with updates daily and we could always get hold of them on WhatsApp too. They were courteous, respectful and did a great job. Mark was always available too and happy to answer our question. The work was completed on time, to a high standard and within the quote given to us. We are really pleased with our new loft and would highly recommend Unique Lofts.

Really pleased with the work Mark, Rob and the team did on my extension. Would definately use them again for any further work. Couldn't fault the quality and professionalism. In constant communication with any decisions needed to be made. The work was completed within 7 months this included a break with the first lockdown of Covid. Project was delivered within the agreed budget. Rob/Mark helped with recommending various finishes such as flooring, splashbacks etc that were out of the extension remit.

Very Impressed with the outcome. We decided to go ahead with the building works even though there was a lot of unrest with Covid. We went with Unique as we felt happy and confident when we met up with Mark on a couple of occasions. He seemed a nice decent family man and not once did he pressurise us into making any hasty decision's. Once we signed the dotted line we were allocated Ben, Mark and Connor to carry out the works. We got on well with them immediately, and Ben kept us up to date with all the works
