Fast forward 4 months & the agreed date for the job & Matt was reliable & professional. He had good attention to detail, worked hard & was very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them if we required additional adjustments to what they had already completed. They offered advice where needed and were very easy to get along with. They exceeded our expectations in what they did plus it was also good to see the work area was cleaned up each day before they left. We would have no hesitation in in using Universal Building Contracts for any house related projects we may require in the future."
