"There were delays in starting this work, because the tenant of the flat made difficulties about access. By the time it started, we were in Lockdown and there were more delays due to unavailability of necessary fittings. These factors made the job far more difficult for Matt Davy than he could have expected, and he might have decided that it was not worth the inconvenience. But he carried out the work to a high standard with good humour and for the agreed price."
