Mark responded to our first request for a service to our heat pump. Thereafter Mark has promised on countless occasions to provide a quote for additional work. 4 months later and I am still waiting. If Mark had suggested he wasn't interested in the work, I would have been happy to find someone else. After 8 or more calls to Mark, where he has continued to promise a quote, I have finally given up. Excuses have resembled that of a teenager attempting to find an excuse for not completing homework. I have been v. Patient but been rewarded with unforgivably poor service. Don't use.
