From initial on site survey to completion of requested works, Gary and his colleagues kept me informed, consulted and completed my outdoor lighting requests to an extremely high standard. The team were very professional, courteous, tidy and kept me informed of progress and consulted on each of the various items discussed. “Gary arrived to give a full assessment of the requirements and an estimate and the job was done within a couple of weeks (he was informed it was not an urgent job). The team arrived promptly on the due date and completed the work efficiently and in a good time. They finished the task leaving the garden in a better state than they found it (!) and the new lighting works perfectly. On a side note the team were very friendly, courteous and happy to change spec if required, although that wasn't necessary. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.”

Wanted two external wall lights fitted. Excellent work carried out and was also very good at explaining the work that was needed to install.
Gary and Sean arrived on time, had everything ready to go. They were both very efficient and pleasant with a bit of banter. They gave us info we needed to buy new bulbs. We will be happy to have them do some more work for us soon.
As usual quick response to enquiry and appointment date and time arranged. Engineer arrived dead on time found fault and fixed it. Fully recommend this company who have done work for us before.
First time we have used Wren Electrical. Arrived on time. Did a great job. Tidied up after the work was done. Friendly and trustworthy. We are using again to change light fittings in bedroom.

Woke one morning to find myself with no electricity. Gary helped me over the phone to try and isolate where the problem area was in order to get me as much power back as possible. This was around 8.30am. He said he could get to me by 11am but within an hour had found someone else to come out to me. The issue was found, isolated and power restored very quickly. Both Gary and Shaun were very polite and extremely helpful. Would have no problem recommending or using their services again
Checked electric throughout the house . Fixed problems . Updated new fuse box and changed some lights to meet regulations. Very happy with the service I have received. Will be keeping Gary's phone number for anything I need in the future.

Four staff came to my job, each had their own tasks to do, they were very quick and professional and they were gone with in 4 hours, amazing really.

They may have only replaced a dimmer switch for me, but from initially contacting Wren Electrical, every stage was so easy and straightforward, immediately gave me confidence in them. The electrician turned up dead on time, and was such a pleasant fella, did the job swiftly, explaining everything he did. Would definitely recommend, I’ll certainly use then next time.
