Jack at Medway was a pleasure to deal with from the start, right through to the end of the scheduled works. They kept me informed every step of the way on our boiler repair and inspection (and even came back after the job was completed when there was query from my tenants). Lovely lads carrying out my bathroom works. Very professional and reliable. Can highly recommend. Great to be able to call the office anytime too and speak to someone with my questions, as they have office staff too.
