Identified plumbing fault immediately. replaced toilet mechanism, which fixed fault that was creating a loud vibrating noise, also fixed a couple of minor issues that he identified. Plumber explained what he was doing as he was undertaking the work. Absolutley perfect and superb workmanship.
The advice given was insightful, professional yet friendly, with awareness of what was appropriate for my situation. Hugely helpful.
They sent somebody around within an hour. Sam identified and cleared the blockage, jetwashed the drains and then cleaned up. Excellent service
Sam, from A & B Plumbing & Drainage, came to replace the bath taps & shower hose and the taps on the bathroom sink. He did an excellent job, keeping us informed of how the work was progressing at all times. He was pleasant, efficient and we cannot fault the visit. Many thanks to A & B and especially Sam.
A blocked main drain so I needed a quick response. Sent an email mid morning received a phone call response a couple of hours later and Sam was here by 15:30. The blockage position was traced and using a high pressure blockage clearer the obstruction (shrub roots) was removed and all tidy again within 30 minutes. The cost was as estimated over the phone. A perfect response and excellent work performed by Sam who was polite, friendly and helpful. Five stars!

Very responsive local firm. My boiler started leaking on Sunday and Andy responded Sunday evening. Dave came to fix it first thing Monday morning. Excellent work and good value for money.
Excellent work, delivered promptly and on budget.
Sam replaced a tap on washbasin, which was trickier than it sounds due to the way the basin had been built in to a bathroom cabinet. Fortunately Sam had the the skill and expertise to carry out the work quickly and efficiently. He was affable and polite with a professional attitude. I was pleased with the result of his work.
Always punctual, polite, and just got on with the job. Completed some difficult work, and charged a fair price. Would highly recommend.
Brilliant service, arrived within 30 minutes of calling them, problem diagnosed and resolved very speedily, and all with a smile. Definitely use them again.

Sam did a thorough job. Professional, polite and effective and quick. Arrived within an hour of contact and fixed my drainage and sink blockage problem I would highly recommend this company. The high pressure jet clear equipment solved the problem. The price was as quoted on the phone.
Have used Andy for years now for plumbing, central heating repairs and most recently for a new boiler installation. Excellent service as always. Highly recommend.
