“Our back door lock had broken (key turning but door locked shut and not opening). Paul opened the door, removed the full mechanism, which was a complex five bolt security mechanism, and fitted a temporary secure lock. As a highly skilled locksmith, Paul was able to get the main locking mechanism re-built, saving us £100s. The repaired locking mechanism was then refitted and the whole door aligned (hinge and bolt adjustments) and it is opening/closing and locking better than it ever has. Paul is polite, timely and a truly knowledgeable craftsmen - thoroughly recommended.”

Paul has performed two separate jobs at our flat and done an excellent job each time. He is friendly and responsive in his communication, and was available very quickly to complete the work. He has exchanged several locks and door handles for us, and the work has been completed to a very high standard and rapidly. Paul has been doing jobs for us at Isleworth Explorers Club for many years now and he has never disappointed us. Even when I call him on the day, he manages to get out to us quickly on the same day. Even when I locked myself out my home at Christmas one year, he was straight round to get me back inside and at such short notice I was very happy. Paul goes above and beyond for his customers and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Paul came to fix a lock on my front door that was out of alignment. He also fixed the latch (which was also out of alignment), completely unasked but after checking with me. He was prompt, polite, very clear about what he was doing and carried out the work extremely efficiently. He cleared up carefully when he had finished. Very highly recommended.

Paul came to deal with our patio door, which we had great trouble in locking. He was very professional in explaining the problem and dealing with it, and huscharges (the call-out fee plus £10 for sone screws) was fair and expert very happy. A nice man, too.

A multi lock unit on my front door was ordered and competently replaced within a week of the initial visit. A kitchen window handle was also swiftly fixed. Good communication throughout, punctual and experienced. Thank you Paul.
Swift response via Whats app and fitted the job in very quickly. I needed a replacement lock after snapping the key in the lock and all supplies were on board. Finished the job really quickly and even helped to adjust the door to prevent future mishaps. I felt I could trust his opinion and highly recommend.

Paul was excellent to deal with. He made everything straightforward and understandable. He was exceptionally polite and a genuinely nice guy. To assist in dealing with the problem he asked for photos/video to be sent in advance to him enable an assessment of the issue. He then provided an estimate for the work and agreed a mutually convenient time to attend. He was very clear what was, and what wasn’t included in the estimate. The required work was undertaken quickly and efficiently. A true tradesman he provided his own protective coverings and ensure no debris was left behind. At the conclusion of the work his bill was slightly less than the estimate that he had provided. I can unequivocally recommend Paul as a locksmith.
