Changed the barrels on the 3 locks that we wanted to be changed. He even changed the way in which the locks worked to fit in with our needs. We were impressed with his professionalism and work and have contracted him to do further work.”

“Mike was upfront about the challenge for replacing the locking mechanism on a window on a first floor flat. He did mention that he may not be able to do the job but got on with finding solutions. He was then very clear on what will need to be done and even though we got the wrong order from the supplier he visited 2/3 times and at every point communicated clearly and was very courteous. An honest, hard working tradesman, and he left providing further advice for an issue that I have on another issue.”
