Million has done various jobs, big and small at my property for years. He always does a good job and is courteous and reliable.
Provided really helpful advice to see if I could resolve the issue myself and avoid needing a locksmith which I appreciated. Unfortunately it wasn’t possible to fix it myself so he sent someone to replace the lock within an hour or so at 9pm as I was on the other side of London without charging insane out of hours rates. Very reasonable price and I am very happy with the work done which included replacement lock and cylinder.
