AJ and his team did a great job on my bathroom renovation, I'm really happy with the result and would definitely use them again for any future work.

AJ and team did an entire strip out and refit of my bathroom. I had selected the main fixtures and fittings already, but from the beginning AJ helped me measure up to ensure I had selected the right things and helped me select more complex items (like underfloor heating and electrical fittings / extractor etc). AJ was super transparent about costing and payment terms. He sent me all invoices and checked with me when buying additional fittings. And final payment only when I was happy. And his team flexed to my work schedule which is chaotic at times. His team also did some additional tasks like taking down a bookcase for me. They were diligent and just got on with the job and cleared up. I had a lot of paintwork that needed doing as the bathroom is panelled. Some of the final touches could have been slightly neater, but overall the standard of work is strong and nothing was a problem for AJ. Overall super trustworthy and reasonable.

We can’t recommend AJM Constructions highly enough. Amarjeet was helpful and fair from the point we started discussing the project onwards. We agreed a clear scope with fair, transparent pricing and staged payments, and the work began promptly on the agreed date. Mandeep and the team were always professional, courteous and very hard working. Amarjeet was always happy to answer questions via WhatsApp or phone at any time of day, and was amenable and helpful in suggesting solutions. Unexpected, extra structural work was added to the scope fairly and without issues, and the team was also happy to take on a few extra tasks for us. The work was completed on time and on budget, and we were really happy with the finish. We will definitely be using AJM Constructions again in future.

Reliable and professional service provided to a excellent standard. Various works completed at my property, including; preparation of frame and installation of roof skylight for rear extension. Also, complete installation of bathroom and kitchen extractor fans, which was a tricky job but completed to a high standard - much appreciated. Plastering, installation of roof ridge tiles. Highly recommended.

We would highly recommend AJ and his team. We did a 6 month project with them and are very happy with the standard of the work that was carried out. The team are extremely skilled and hard working. They were always on time, worked long days, were flexible, and friendly. They carried out a few extra jobs like fitting insulation in between the floors, which we weren't expecting them to. Would definitely work with them again in the future.

Amarjeet, Mandeep and the team were excellent and completed my kitchen renovation to a high standard. The ceiling had to be removed and they did things I didn't ask for e.g., installed soundproofing plasterboard. The team were always on time, worked hard with few breaks, and were really pleasant and friendly. They did some extra jobs for me with no extra charge including fitting a new front door lock and a seal to my internal front door. All to a very high standard. I can't recommend AJM Constructions enough, they will definitely be my go to builders for the future.

It was great working with AJ and his team. They did a full renovation of our house which included knocking a few walls , plastering both ground floor and first floor, creating a new arch and installation of a few new doors as well as electricals around the house. AJ was great and very knowledgeable, advised us on what was best and helped the process be much smoother

Armarjeet was above and beyond. He came through a recommendation and surpassed the expectation that was set. They worked around the clock, over weekends etc to get the job done and were flexible working with other suppliers. They did plastering, cementing, painting, fixing damp issues, electrics radiators - the lot. They also had all the contacts for carpets, floor sanding etc too which was very helpful. Armarjeet was like a project manager - he went out and bought all the paints, things from screwfix, toolstation - the lot.

As Builders were recommended by my mum after they completed a conversion for her neighbour. Called her neighbour who I am friendly with, and he couldn’t recommend them enough. I was completing a huge renovation on a four bedroom home including a rear extension, new electrics and plumbing for thee whole house. So I was very nervous about choosing the right builder, especially after hearing horror stories from some of my friends and family. I can honestly say I have been truly pleased with the professionalism, workmanship, patience and reliability. I would definitely work with them in the future. My house is absolutely amazing!!

I found AS Builders through Which? Trusted Traders when looking for a reliable builder to complete a rear kitchen extension. The work was carried out between July and November last year. Despite a number of unexpected but unavoidable issues arising during the work (related to the period nature of the property and the poor standard of workmanship carried out for previous owners by other builders - for example a smaller previous rear extension had to be demolished entirely and new foundations dug), Amarjeet and his team took things in their stride. They were hard-working, polite and flexible and carried out the work to an excellent standard. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or to use their services again for further work to my property.
