Allan from All About Security Ltd. responded by phoning me and reassured me that he could do the job and requested some photos to know exactly the type of battery needed. On the day agreed Allan kept me informed of how long it would be to his arrival. He did the job quickly and checked that the alarm was working as it should, also checked the power levels. Allan is very efficient, knowledgeable about alarm systems and friendly. I have asked him to service the alarm next year and would recommend him whole heartedly.”
