“A great experience from quote to completion. Work was completed on time and the result is amazing. The carpet was removed, stairs repaired and carpet replaced and the quality of the work is amazing. Creaking is gone and the stairs that were collapsing have been repaired and appear as good as new. Cost was extremely reasonable and some last minute work was done for free on the stair bannister as well.”

Knowing costs could be upwards of £900 - £1500+ from prior research Michael from MSA Carpentry came calling offering me not a new door, but a thoroughly detailed diagnosis of the problem which gave me and him options solving the issue with a replacement sash lock mechanism inside the door. Saving me at least £1500 Michael was very diligent and detailed in rooting out the problem with the inner workings of the door, cylinder, lock mech... Michael is solo, very personable, polite and kept in communication with updates with sourcing and cost changes.”
