Had an alarm service and battery replacement Engineer arrived on time and was very pleasant and friendly, treated our property with respect, job was done with no fuss and completed satisfactory, engineer was very knowledgeable and gave very good advice, I can recommend this company and will not hesitate to use again, will now have our alarm regularly serviced, Thank you Robert.

On the last visit by AMEY security alarms it was to service my alarm system. Prior to this I had an update to my system by Amey alarms. I needed cat friendly sensors and a new keypad fitted where you control the alarm system. My neighbour recommended Amy alarms and I was not disappointed. You are never let down on the arranged Day for the service which is carried out very efficiently any questions you may have about the system are answered so you understand. Always very respectful of your home. I would recommend Amy security without hesitation. It would be nice if all tradesmen were as professional and polite as Robert.

We had both CCTV and alarm systems fitted (the latter at the insistence of our insurers). Of all the contractors invited to tender Robert was amongst the cheaper but understood and explained the set-up incomparably better than any of the other contractors. This factor and his diagrams showed he had understood the brief and that is why we chose him. The installation was bitty due to re-roofing in the same timescale so Robert laid out his data cabling to be incorporated in the new roof. At ALL times he cleaned up behind himself scrupulously.

Rob came to do our yearly security alarm check which has done for us for many years now. He was as usual efficient, friendly and very informative on our alarm. Also a couple of years back he replaced our system and our outside sounder to as a very competitive cost. I would recommend Rob to anyone who needs his expertise as he is great.

I had an alarm system installed a few years ago by Rob and have continued to use them for my annual maintenance. Throughout this period Rob has been available for advice on the phone and has made visits above my yearly check when I have had issues which he managed to resolve straight away. I am kept up to date when any upgrades required to my system and are notified in advance of when my service is due.
