“After a great deal of indecision and confusion on how best to proceed with renovating and converting our bathroom to provide an easy access shower, we finally settled on Aquaneed, and are so glad we did. The free consultation visit (by Rob) was extremely useful in helping us to decide what could be done, and was very informative, and so gave us 100% confidence to proceed. The second 'pre-start' visit by Rob was also very useful to make any final tweaks to the requirement and confirm everything. The lead time for the work was quite long as they are very busy (a good sign!), but was well worth the wait. The installers were exceptional, extremely hard working, but very diligent and competent. After the work was completed a follow-up visit (from Jay) to check all was okay was further reassuring. The final result is we have a super 'Wet Room' and we are delighted.”
“Aquaneed provided the cheaper of two quotes for converting our en-suite bathroom into a wetroom. Price wasn’t however the only consideration in choosing them, Rob who provided the quote was more than a salesman and obviously knew the trade and was able to offer useful advice prior to the work commencing. The principal sub contractor that was employed by Aquaneed – Lee – was excellent and produced a high quality job. He was professional, timely and tidy. The office staff that I dealt with were polite and efficient as well. I would have no problem with recommending this company.”

Awful experience, dire quality. Caused a leaking in my lift which despite it being clear was caused by them they deny. Basically cut corners as far as they possibly good. Shoddy. Please don’t use.
After survey visit for conversion of our bathroom in shower room not a single email or phone call was made. Unprofessional and rude complete lack of any communication. They was insisting on Altro Pisces flooring 80% of time of survey, left an impression that Aquaneed is either a sales rep of Altro Pisces or has loads of this flooring on stock to get rid of. Aquaneed has its own agenda of picking up “attractive” customers to meet its criteria. Their quote isn’t needed here if they ever had an intention to make it!
They worked to a very good standard. They were quick and efficient. The men were courteous and I have no complaints. We gave them another job after we saw the standard of their work.
We had a complete new bathroom installed, specifically for someone in a wheelchair (which I am). This not only meant moving everything to enable the new bathroom to be like a wet room with arms coming down from the walls and building safety grab rails, but also building a walk-in shower into which you can drive your own wheelchair or use the drop-down chair installed with the shower.
Downstairs shower room converted to a wet room with toilet. AquaNeed were very professional and efficient, the work was completed to a high standard in a short time.

Removal of bath and installation of wet room. Work carried out quickly, tidied up each evening, matched existing tiles exactly and also installed a non slip floor.
