Awful experience, dire quality. Caused a leaking in my lift which despite it being clear was caused by them they deny. Basically cut corners as far as they possibly good. Shoddy. Please don’t use.

After survey visit for conversion of our bathroom in shower room not a single email or phone call was made. Unprofessional and rude complete lack of any communication. They was insisting on Altro Pisces flooring 80% of time of survey, left an impression that Aquaneed is either a sales rep of Altro Pisces or has loads of this flooring on stock to get rid of. Aquaneed has its own agenda of picking up “attractive” customers to meet its criteria. Their quote isn’t needed here if they ever had an intention to make it!

They worked to a very good standard. They were quick and efficient. The men were courteous and I have no complaints. We gave them another job after we saw the standard of their work.

Removal of bath and installation of wet room. Work carried out quickly, tidied up each evening, matched existing tiles exactly and also installed a non slip floor.

Downstairs shower room converted to a wet room with toilet. AquaNeed were very professional and efficient, the work was completed to a high standard in a short time.

Replacing vinyl flooring in wet room.

We had a complete new bathroom installed, specifically for someone in a wheelchair (which I am). This not only meant moving everything to enable the new bathroom to be like a wet room with arms coming down from the walls and building safety grab rails, but also building a walk-in shower into which you can drive your own wheelchair or use the drop-down chair installed with the shower.

Aquaneed converted my mother’s bathroom to a disabled shower -room within 4 days. The work was need and professional. I would recommend this company.
