Simon has done plumbing work for me over the last 8 years. * Fitted three Combi boilers (in different properties) * Fitted taps * Fixed a loo * Does annual Gas Safety Certificate at a rental * Regularly services boilers Simon is extremely thorough and professional in all aspects of his work. He really does go the extra mile to ensure that the job is completed to the highest standard. He is punctual, honest, straight forward, kind and charges fairly. We've been looking for an affordable, reliable, qualified plumber for sometime and in Simon we believe we have found one. To date, he has done two jobs for us. He's installed a new mixer tap in our basement "laundry" and serviced our combi central heating boiler. Unfortunately, the taps we purchased turned out to have a part missing and so Simon had to make a second visit to be able to install them. As a result, I wanted to provide some sort of compensation for the loss of his tme - but he declined, on the basis that it was an unforseeable event - but how kind of him! That aside, we found him very knowledgeable and most professional and look forward to using him regularly in the future.

Responded quickly, very professional and friendly. Replaced the kitchen tap a quick clean job, asked for pictures in advance to be sure he was bringing the right parts. Would recommend.

Simon recently came to investigate an issue with my shower leaking into the flat below. He showed up on time, quickly resolved the problem and sealed up the bathtub. His rates are very reasonable and he's also very reliable, a trait that seems to be increasingly unusual with tradesmen these days! Highly recommended.

The loo in my flat was badly installed and the cistern had developed a very serious leak. Simon worked tirelessly to sort it out, arrived exactly when he said he would, kept me fully informed, did an excellent job and his charges were very reasonable. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others and have already done so.

Extremely pleased - excellent service, complete professional. Simon was very busy but still came to look at our boiler and identified the fault almost immediately. After checks and tests he let us know up front exactly what we needed to do, and how much it would cost. His professionalism throughout reassured us no end, and by the completion of the work we were totally satisfied that we had resolved all issues for a fair price and furthermore in a timely and anticipated fashion. Honestly cannot remember a service tradesman experience being so positive, and I would sincerely recommend Simon to friends and family.

I had three different taps that were dripping. Simon replaced one and recommended I get replacement cartridges for the others which he arranged. Simon also serviced my boiler using up to date techniques. He was efficient, proactive and friendly. His rates were reasonable snd I would have no hesitation n recommending Simon. I had no previous relationship with him and found him through recommendations on Next door. He is absolutely great.

Prompt, efficient, high-quality work

Simon came to investigate my dripping shower head and kitchen tap and did some research to find out the make of both so he could source the correct parts (I didn't have information on the make). He ordered the parts and made the extra effort to contact the supplier directly, which meant it was cheaper for me - I really appreciated this as there was no financial incentive on his part. He fixed both issues and I'm happy with the result. He was very easy to get in touch with, friendly and communicative with good availability and always on time. He completed the work quickly and professionally, explained the issue clearly and charged a very fair amount.
