From ordering the doors from Carl, ( great guy ) very knowledgeable about the products they do, to them being fitted the service has been excellent, we were informed when the fitting and time would be and got a text message a week before with a reminder ( very helpful ) we have used castle windows 3 times in the past for new triple glazing windows, replacement glass, a porch, gutters etc, and we will definitely be using them again as they are our first point of call, the fitters are very professional and friendly and always clear up after themselves, we couldn’t be any happier with the service, we highly recommend them.

Castle Windows built my conservatory four years ago. I was so pleased with the result that they were the only company I approached for a quote to fit replacement windows and additional glass to the porch. Carl came to measure up and talk through the options with me. He was able to show me a mock up of how the windows would look on my house on the TV screen, which was really helpful. There was additional discount, because I was a returning customer - which was much appreciated. We agreed the contract and fitting date. I was sent a reminder of the fitting one week before. On both days of the fitting the two lads arrived promptly and worked extremely quickly. They were very professional, but friendly and made an excellent job. They put a dust sheet down to cover my stair carpet and cleaned up after themselves. I was shown how to open the windows to be able to clean the external glass. Nothing was too much trouble. I cannot recommend Castle Windows highly enough. The experience was superb from start to finish.

Needed a replacement for our old doors onto the balcony. Rang Castle Windows who we have now used countless times and are always impressed with the quality of the windows, and the professionalism & quality of work of the installers. Carl came to measure up at the time agreed, measured up and arranged a time to suit me. Good communication with the office to confirm the appointment, installers arrived on time, very clean and tidy workers, very happy with the finished product. I would, and do, recommend Castle Windows to friends and family.

On initial quote, Carl was professional and listened to what we required, nothing was too much trouble. Nathan and Alan who completed the 3 day work on our house was competent, professional at all times and tidied any mess at the end of the day. They worked in difficult weather conditions to complete within timelines and we really appreciated their work ethic. We are over the moon happy with the new windows and doors.

New French windows fitted. Great experience from start to finish. Helpful advice about the best options at the point of sale. Fitting completed in a timely fashion. Beautiful job retaining wooden architraves that I’d asked for. Helpful young men who did a great job, including tidying up after themselves. Highly recommend.

Very helpful and knowledgeable suggestion for products and fitment. They even tried to re-use existing frames where possible. Computer system provided a view of our house with the windows and doors to see style and colour combinations. Really surprised with the overall price - we expected this to be much higher with the quality of the units selected. Very high quality fitting of the windows and doors. All fitting and sealing perfectly done. Very impressed with the quality of the windows and doors themselves. Very highly recommended and we will definitely use Castle Windows again

Very pleased with the service ,and price. Very professional from start to finish. Carl came and did the estimate , I was very pleased with the price . I was given a date straightaway. The two fitters turned up on the date selected 15 minutes early. They got straght down to work. Both guys where very polite and friendly. The work was completed to a very high standard. All mess was tidied up. I would definitely recommend castle windows , and would be more than happy to use them again.

we had Castle Windows fitted windows in September 2025. From the start Carl came out and did a thorough assessment and gave excellent advice. The windows were fitted by Nathan and Alan who did an excellent job. They also tidied up after fitting the windows. Very professional service from the start to the end. Carl was very helpful, highlighted issues I hadn’t considered and uploaded various options onto my TV. This was very helpful in deciding which option to choose. Carl is hugely knowledgeable, experienced and listened closely to my requirements, with no pressurised sales. Carl has a small number of fitters who have worked exclusively for him for years. When I chose to proceed with the work, it was easy to agree a convenient installation date. The fitters, Nathan and Alan were punctual, polite, friendly, efficient and respectful of my home. The windows were expertly fitted and it was clear they both take pride in their work. It was a two day job, they were tidy throughout the installation and they cleaned up thoroughly inside and outside before leaving on both days. I am very pleased with the finished windows; they provide functionality and meet building regulations that the old windows didn’t and they look much more uniform and elegant. In short, Castle Windows fitted the windows to a high quality at a competitive price. If I need any further windows/doors fitted, I won’t hesitate in using them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing the same.

Initial contact was good. Arranged a time for a quote, and Carl was on time. Happy with the price quoted, so measurements were taken and a day was arranged for fitting. Fitters were on time and replaced my patio door with no mess left. Really pleased with the new door. Would recommend.

Excellent overall experience. I wanted a composite door fitted, my back door and six UPVC windows replaced, which included the main windows at the front of the property. When Castle Windows first came, a picture of my house was uploaded onto the tv and various windows and doors were added to help me make a choice, and decide if this was the right company for me. Very useful. I was contacted by the office a week before the installation to confirm the dates and time of arrival. The fitters, Billy and Josh, were first class, timely, polite and efficient. The windows and doors were expertly fitted, as you would expect. I was particularly pleased with how they managed the patching required externally around the windows, something that was left over from when the previous UPVC windows were fitted. It was very neat. They were tidy throughout the installation and cleaned up inside and out once the work was completed. I am happy to have chosen Castle Windows and am confident that the windows and doors have been fitted correctly. I love the new look of my house and have already had nice comments from a few of my neighbours.

Great communication and advice throughout the whole process. Selected Castle due to the quality of the windows/doors and a competitive price. No pushy sales techniques and gave me a price straight away, whilst others took weeks or didn't even come back to me. The fitters were friendly and clean/tidy throughout the 3 days. We decided to use Castle Windows again as we were impressed with them 5 years ago. Firstly, arranging an appointment was easy. Carl attended on the agreed day/time and talked us through what we wanted, especially with the replacement doors. We had French doors and we were walked through all the pros and cons of French, sliding, bi-fold etc. We decided and a date for fitting was arranged. I had a call the week before as a reminder/confirmation. On the day, the guys arrived promptly (Early actually) and started straight away. They were very keen not to make a mess and were very courteous. The speed in which they got the old windows and doors out was amazing. The new windows and bi-fold doors look amazing and we are very happy with them. Everything was cleaned up afterwards and the job was finished in the one day. I’d recommend Castle Windows to anyone.

We had a window changed into patio doors and we are extremely happy with the result. We got a quote very quickly, the work was booked in immediately and then on the day the guys completed the job carefully and speedily. They left the place really tidy and were courteous and considerate throughout. The communication with the company was good, the price was fair and we are very satisfied.
