“A really complicated job on an old cob cottage that had started flooding. We needed extensive underpinning and a new soak away drainage system. The job was complicated by difficult access as all the work had to be undertaken in our neighbours garden. Chris and his team were always really respectful to our neighbours and left the garden tidy. They removed all rubbish promptly. We are delighted with their work and our home is now dry and water tight again”
“If you can get CEP in to do your renovation, you have found the best. They are busy, but well worth waiting for. Chris and his team took out a huge chimney breast to create a new kitchen/ diner in our 1896 brick villa. They also removed a wall upstairs to lighten the load and created a new ensuite bedroom with real flair. The team are great, friendly and skilled. Chris himself has vision and imagination. He kept us involved in terms of how the build was going and our options, and in terms of cost. We lived on site and the team created us a make shift kitchen which was ideal.”
