“Ben responded promptly to our initial enquiry regarding a bathroom refurbishment. On his first visit to discuss the job, let’s just say our first impressions were good. Ben quickly got a handle on what we were hoping to achieve with the limited space we had available. Although we had to wait a while for the project to begin, it was well worth the wait. Our first impressions played out in the work being carried out. The work schedule was well organised with minimal disruption. Ben and his team all took great pride in their work and we are absolutely delighted with the results.”
