Certified fitted a new boiler and radiators in my large Victorian house in 2015, and since then they have done numerous other things, e.g. fitting and servicing water booster tanks, major boiler services/fixes, and redoing the gas pipes from the mains system to the house and the heating system. In every case their work has been of the highest standard, and I know this because I have used other firms, none of which compare to Certified. They work long days/evening and weekends to get the job done. Client safety is their driving mission above all, and they are very friendly to the whole family.

This was the third job CG have done for me. They are knowledgeable, efficient, experienced and very hard working, putting in the extra hours to move the job along. Any unforeseen items that needed fixing were brought to my attention before being dealt with. And at all times they were courteous and good humoured. It was a real pleasure to have them working in my home. I would wholeheartedly recommend CG.

Great experience with Aziz and team. They provide lots of advice and a detailed quote before starting any works. Certified Group Ltd were working two doors down when my washing machine hose sprung a leak. I asked for their help finding the tap to isolate it but they stayed half an hour to identify and fix the problem and then refused to take any payment. Truly went above and beyond to help, would highly recommend!

As am a picky, difficult yet not impolite customer, I don't usually provide reviews. Tradesman don't usually like me and vice versa. Aziz and his team however are a rare breed indeed. Working tirelessly with unswerving dedication, they are committed to executing work to a high standard, but equally prepared to explain the process throughout with attention to millimetre type detail if called to do so. The team consistently demonstrate an extremely positive can-do attitude, so often lacking with other engineers and fitters. Got the job done properly in uncompromised fashion. Simple as that.

Guys were really helpful and explained all issues clearly. Work done to a very high standard and they explained why and how everything was done.

I called for an emergency as boiler and heating not functioning. Aziz managed to fit me in within hours of the call and did a very good job. It was quoted and the job was clean and precise, they recommended further intervention once on site and quoted for it. So all was done quickly and efficiently. All documented with pictures too (I was the landlord and not present.) I would recommend any time.

Aziz and his team gutted and completely redid our mid-terrace house in London. The job was quite a complex one involving extensive building work, plumbing, and a complete electrical rewiring. The works were finished to high specifications and with only minor issues and delay. Aziz and his team are perfectionists and capable of carrying out work to a standard above that of many other London builders. I would not hesitate to call upon Certified Group again or to recommend them to others. The team and subcontractors was friendly and polite with neighbors, etc.
