Chris is incredibly thorough, passionate about the work and above all, listens to the client’s needs to make sure they are happy with the job. Time keeping is exemplary. If there’s an 8am start, the team are punctual, without fail. They stay until the job is complete (no leaving for another job). Furthermore, they are clean and considerate, making sure everything is tidy before they leave. We enjoyed the whole process and love the bathroom. Recommendations are important and we wouldn’t hesitant to recommend Chris.”

Quality, Trustworthy and honest
Chris and his team did a fantastic job doing our new bathroom. We had a specific style, tiles, fixtures in mind and they made it happen. I will list down few things that I value and stood out for us: 1. The quality of the work is just solid. You know when you see it. Things not moving anywhere when he builds them. 2. Our(my wife's) opinion mattered the most. Chris provided ideas, steer and options but it was our opinion that mattered. 3. Everything had to be inch perfect. If it was not up to the mark, he would rip it off and build it again. (He got everything right the first time 99% of the time anyway). 4. Trust, honesty and cleanliness- We left the house to him and his team as we work 9-5… They all looked after it as their own. They looked after it and cleaned up after them every single day. Also- a huge shoutout to his team- Chris(another one), Justin and Derek. Top blokes and brilliant team. Highly recommend.

New boiler & hot water tank moved perfectly
Chris has been an absolutely pleasure to work with from start finish. We really didn't have much knowledge and what was the best system and set up for us as we planned later works. He spent time to properly scope out the job before starting. The work was very tidy and he was very conscious of the family in the house and try to keep disruptions to a minimum, as were all the team he had brought in throughout. Chris also did some little jobs along the way to help us out. We will only ever use Chris now as his work & service was exceptional.

Various works including refurbishment of Downstairs Bathroom, Laundry Room and Kitchen.
We are really pleased with the various projects and works recently completed by CNB Gas and Plumbing Services Limited. Over the last few months projects have included a Down Stairs Bathroom, Laundry Room and Kitchen. There have been various invoices, the one listed 0268 relates to the fitting of taps and installation of a Kettle Tap along with altering pipe work for the Kettle Tap. Along with sorting out an Airlock in our heating system and pipework change for new radiator. All the works have been carried out as a greed and within the given timeframe. The costs didn't vary from original quote and have been within budget. The attention to detail has been great especially with regard to the Down Stairs toilet / shower room which now looks like a luxury spa. CNB also installed a new pump to run both our upstairs shower and downstairs shower and have also attached all the hot and some of the cold water (due to water softener) to the shower and what a difference it makes we now have great pressure in our showers. CNB installed the water softener which makes such a difference to our skin being in a hard water area. They have been easy to deal with are polite, friendly and helpful, always making sure they leave the place clean and tidy. We are so happy with the way everything looks and the high standard of all the works carried out we will continue to use CNB.

Always reliable
I have used this company for years and wouldn’t ever consider anyone else. They have installed a new bathroom, a heat pump, radiators etc. etc, always carried out on time and on budget. But what really makes them stand out is they will always help out in a crisis! I am happy to unreservedly recommend them (and I’m a fusspot!!)

Combi Boiler installation
I recently had a new combi boiler installed, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the service was professional and efficient They arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and made sure I understood how everything would work before getting started. The installation itself was completed to a very high standard—neat pipework, tidy workmanship, and attention to detail. They also removed the old boiler and left the area spotless, which I really appreciated. Once everything was up and running, they took the time to walk me through the controls, energy-saving settings, and maintenance tips. The difference in heating and hot water performance is amazing, and the new system is much quieter and more efficient than my old one. Overall, an excellent service from a knowledgeable and reliable company. I highly recommend them to anyone considering a new boiler installation

New boiler installation
I have been a long-standing customer of CNB gas for more than 11 years and during that time Chris has installed two new boilers, replaced an old leaking hot water tank, carried out annual services, gas safety checks and undertaken general repairs in my property. I have always found Chris to be very hard-working, thorough and trustworthy, offering advice, cost-effective solutions, competitive pricing and good aftercare. CNB was my first choice when I recently decided to replace the boiler in my property and, as before, I was very happy with the completed work.

Great work and very professional
I have used CNB for many years to service my boiler and central heating system. Recently we moved house and Chris and his team changed a warm air system for a mains system boiler with 14 radiators. Very professional and helpful throughout. I am a retired Chartered Surveyor and would highly recommended Chris and his team.
