They responded promptly and identified that the leak was coming from the fittings on my property side that Wessex Water installed when my water meter was installed a few years ago. The team that attended were courteous and neet and tidy. They excavated , found the problem, tightened the fittings and reinstated after proving to my satisfaction that the leak had been fixed. From initial enquiry to fixing the problem has been smooth and efficient. thanks to Andy and the site crew.”
