They responded promptly and identified that the leak was coming from the fittings on my property side that Wessex Water installed when my water meter was installed a few years ago. The team that attended were courteous and neet and tidy. They excavated , found the problem, tightened the fittings and reinstated after proving to my satisfaction that the leak had been fixed.
