Griffin Plumbers Dorset

I had a dripping tap, which Liam said he could sort. He arrived and said practice now was to replace the whole unit (rather than find out what was wrong) at cost of £300 for parts. He got very different taps - less suitable for the kitchen. I was upset and called him as A) he had not told me before he arrived that he would be replacing the whole unit so I was not given the opportunity to buy taps myself at a much lower rate and B) he said that if I wanted new taps I would have to pay again for taps and fitting. We agreed he would call with potential solutions - but he never did

We have used Liam several times now and he does an amazing job every single time, super impressed with the work he carries out and is neat and tidy, won’t use any other plumber!

We have used Liam on previous occasions and he is extremely helpful and carries out his work to a very high standard. We needed to have three radiators removed and sent for refurbishing. These were removed by Liam quickly and carefully. He later returned to install the newly refurbished radiators and purchased new valves to complete the look. Very pleased, thank you they look amazing
