You hope your tradesperson will go above and beyond if your home faults are not playing nice. In Elvis I was lucky enough to find all 3 and the some. I have zero complaints and a lot of admiration for his plumbing knowledge, communication at all times with what was going on and his determination to not leave the house until everything was 100%.
