Booked for investigative work; did not listen to the result of prior work which contradicted their view
I asked for specific drain measurements as part of CCTV survey to be included into the drain survey report so I can provide this information to building control. They ignored the request, and wouldn't reply to me for over a week since I received the report and I asked for missing information. They have also not provided me the CCTV footage that they said they would. It was total waste of money - they're not willing to provide information they have and the report only served as a 'sales pitch' for the work they want to do. It's useless to me.

I recently had Environ tackle a persistent damp issue in my home, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the outcome. From the get-go, they were polite and helpful. The gentleman who attended really took time to thoroughly assess the situation, explaining in detail what needed to be done. Their explanations were very clear and easy to understand, which I really appreciated. They were dedicated to finding the source of the damp, rather than a quick fix treatment. Saving me more hassle in months to come. That area in my home feels noticeably more fresher and comfortable.

In a panic I called environ with a rat problem, and in less than an hour later they showed up and dealt with it! Amazing efficient service, extremely knowledgeable also about the rodents/pests they deal with. Never thought I’d learn so much, but it goes to show how experienced they are. 10/10 from me, will definitely be reusing!

Can’t praise these guys enough for the drainage work we had done. Using a smoke machine they were able to detect and solve the problem also used micro cams it was all quite impressive. Now we have no leaks within the property definitely recommend. Very pro work!

We had some issues in trying to locate the source of our leaking roof, however with personal attention and a lot of persistence from Terry and Bianka the source was located, which has meant we can now resolve the problem.

There were damp and drainage problems in the basement. We selected Environ Property Services to undertake the work as we found communications with them were straightforward and they explained in detail what work they were recommending and how they proposed to carry it out. The people in their office were always friendly and helpful. Once work commenced, they always attended the site at the agreed times, and their teams have been professional, courteous, and cleaned up after each day's work. As work progressed to reveal the underlying structure, it became necessary to increase the scope of the works but this was dealt with professionally by the office. Work is now largely completed, with a few snags left to be dealt with, and which the company is currently working on. This is a family run business and it is clear from their attitude that their employees are happy working for a well led company. I would definitely recommend them.

Having had problems with drainage, we contacted Environ Services. Our request was dealt with promptly and we were contacted next morning to say that we could be fitted in due to a cancellation. Ben and Simeon arrived on time and quickly got on with the job of unblocking the drain. They were cheerful, polite, efficient and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble. First class workmen.
